These terms cover the Meme Bank iPhone app and the share links at this website, provided by Edward Halvey. Using the app or a share link means you accept them. Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store and TestFlight apps also applies.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the memes you save and make. Many memes are other people's work: saving them for yourself is up to you, and when you share one, you are responsible for having the right to share it.
Share links
Do not share anything illegal, hateful, sexual content involving anyone under 18, anyone's private information, or anything that harasses a person. The developer may remove any shared link at any time, including after a complaint. To report a link, email the address below with the link.
Beta software
Meme Bank is in beta. It may have bugs, change, or stop working. Keep your own copies of anything that matters; share links expire after 30 days unless kept.
Caption suggestions
Caption ideas are written by AI and may be wrong, odd or unfunny. Check them before you post anything.
Liability
The app is provided free and as is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for loss of data or any indirect loss. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia.
